Loans for Ethanol Plants, Wind Farms, Biodiesel and Development Projects in Excess of $50 Million

We are now offering a unique opportunity for large and jumbo agricultural projects. We are pleased to announce that we have secured a relationship with a multi-billion dollar loan source that wants to "fast-track" all qualified projects meeting the $50 million dollar and above requirement.

Although any agricultural project of this type may qualify, there are some that are particularly suited to this type of loan.

• Socially Redeemable - Socially Responsible loans for the betterment of society and humanity in general. These could include projects that improve the economic or environmental conditions of a community such as energy development, recycling projects, etc.
• Commercially or Economically Deficient - Geographical area needing an improved commercial business presence. These could include projects that lack the necessary dollars but represent an idea or project that the world needs.
• Infrastructure - Service to remote areas, water, telephone, transportation.
• Energy/Renewable Energy
• Humanitarian
• 3rd World Development
• Large Employers
• Large Resorts/Housing Developments
• Health Industry - Medical, healthcare, services or products, etc.

Funding can be completed in as little as a few weeks from the time of the completed application process, however, there is a funding cycle of 4-6 weeks. Projects will be closed based on acceptable documentation and agreeable terms, without the intense review of details typical of more traditional sources.

These are Non-Recourse Loans. It will be important that the project principals are people of strong character and have every intent to follow through on their projects to make them work. Project Principals most valuable asset will be their ability to represent themselves to our source as a respectable business person.

• Up to 100% LTV — No collateral or equity in the project is required.
• No Equity Dilution — The source may desire to take an equity position in some projects, however, it is not a requirement for all projects.
• Worldwide Financing Opportunity — There will be no restrictions based solely on the country of origin.
• Terms — Reasonable interest rate. LIBOR plus. All projects will be payable over a 10-year term. A terms sheet will be offered in due time, and will vary per offer.
• No Prepayment Penalty
• Broker Fees — 6% total and is non-negotiable
• Due Diligence Fees — Funding source pays all 3rd party due diligence fees. Principals responsible for $2500 cost on FBI background check fee for each principal of the project.

Please be prepared to make your detailed documentation available, so that there will be no delays in processing your loan. Your ability to produce quality documentation in a timely manner will be a significant and determining factor in the likelihood of funding.

Please note: This loan program is not designed for small projects or loans to private individuals who have B credit. The minimum loan size is $50 million.
